Looking out the window of a Cessna 172 I saw what looked like a frozen stampede of wild horses barrelling down the mountain. Or so my mind tried to make sense of the abstract snow drifts. As familiar as Nch?ay? Garibaldi Mountain was to me I had never seen it from this angle. I understood then and there why we call mountain sides “faces” for their expressions are ever-changing through time and weather. A portion of the proceeds from this print are donated to Protect Our Winters Canada. Partial proceeds of this print are donated to Raincoast Conservation Foundation for their wolf conservation program.
